What You’ll Do As a East Stroudsburg, PA Customer Account Representative
What are a Customer Account Representative's work requirements? A little bit of everything! Your main focus will be to increase customer growth and revenue. You’ll do this by performing sales initiatives, managing and maintaining accounts, and giving our East Stroudsburg customers complete satisfaction.
From obtaining new rental orders to helping with deliveries and pick-ups, you won't ever have a dull day as a Customer Account Representative at Rent-A-Center. You will play a role in the customer’s journey from start to finish and will be responsible for things like maintaining records of customer account activity, providing safe transportation of merchandise, obtaining new rental orders, and assuring that each store area is clean and organized.
